Two plans, each paid yearly or monthly, and plan prices include GST. Autopilot is AU$990 a year (2 months free), or AU$99 monthly, after a 14-day free trial. A card is needed to start the trial. Picks is AU$1,990 a year (2 months free), or AU$199 monthly, and includes everything in Autopilot. Picks has the same 14-day free trial. The trial is for your first subscription: come back after cancelling and billing starts straight away. Gifts are separate on both plans: the amount you set plus a service fee of 5% + AU$0.50 on every gift card, never taken out of the gift. Send a AU$100 gift and they get AU$100; you're charged AU$105.50 (a AU$5.50 fee). A AU$50 gift costs you AU$53.00, and a AU$25 gift AU$26.75. The trial covers the subscription, not the gifts. Gift research is included: 1 research a month on Autopilot and 10 on Picks, each up to 3 ideas checked by a person at Dukky. Unused ones don't carry over, and an extra research is AU$19, charged only when you ask for one or set a gift on a plan to 'Always find something'. The free trial includes the month's research. If Dukky closes a research because no idea fits or it's too late to deliver, you get it back: the included research restored, or the AU$19 refunded. Then you choose: order the gift yourself, with nothing more to pay Dukky, or have Dukky order it for a concierge fee of AU$29 plus 10% of the gift on Autopilot (10% of the gift on Picks), with no service fee on top. A AU$100 hamper ordered by Dukky on Autopilot costs AU$139 (a AU$39 concierge fee).

Yes. Sign up with your work email, tell Dukky about your business, add your people, choose the occasions, and add your card at the end of setup. The 14-day free trial starts when your card is added. New accounts can be charged up to AU$2,000 for gifts, service fees included, and for up to 50 gifts, until the first subscription payment has gone through and 30 days have passed since the card was added. Hampers, experiences near the person, and vouchers that aren't in our gift card range. A hamper is posted; an experience or a voucher is emailed to them by the shop. Kwak only ever sees their region, never their name or street, and a suburb only if an employee typed one themselves, say for a favourite local spot. Alcohol isn't offered. Ask at least 10 days before it needs to arrive; there are no arrive-by dates from 14 December 2026 to 8 January 2027. If the gift can't be got in time, they get a gift card of the same value instead and you aren't charged again (the concierge fee stays).

Employees get an optional questionnaire about what they're into. It takes about 3 minutes. Their answers belong to them: you never see them. You see the gift and a short reason about the theme (say, 'Reading is their thing'), never their answers. They can change or delete their answers at any time, we ask at most twice a year, and 'No thanks' means we stop asking.

Yes: Kwak is an AI, and it helps find the ideas. It researches gifts, never people: it doesn't look anyone up online. A person at Dukky checks every idea before you see it. Answers are processed by Anthropic in the United States, without the person's name or email address, and aren't used for training.

No. On both plans, every gift card recipient chooses their own gift, up to the amount you set, and on plans set to run on their own it goes out on the day if you do nothing. Want something more personal? Ask Kwak for ideas, and you pick one. If you set a plan to wait for your OK, nothing goes without it. A concierge gift is never ordered without you: you choose one of the ideas, and nothing is charged for it until you do.

On plans set to run on their own, yes. Dukky checks dates every morning and emails you about each gift up to a week ahead, so you can skip it before it goes. A date added at short notice, even the night before someone's birthday, still goes out on the day: you get the email that morning, and the gift goes the same morning. A date added in the days just after it passed waits for you to send it or skip it. On plans that wait for your OK, a gift goes out when you approve it. Two checks can also make a gift wait, with nothing charged while it does. A new account's gift charges are limited to AU$2,000 and 50 gifts, service fees included, until the first subscription payment has gone through and 30 days have passed since the card was added, so a gift past that waits until the limit lifts or is raised (email hello@dukky.co before a big batch, such as Christmas). And Dukky checks some cards before charging them for gifts, including a card with a new number after your first one, and a card added through Apple Pay or Google Pay while your account is new: their gifts wait until the check is done. Dukky shows you which gifts are waiting, and why.

Yes. Client plans sit beside employee plans, each with its own amounts: a thank-you every year on the anniversary of when they became a client, a welcome gift when a new client signs (sent when you tell Dukky), and Christmas. Client Christmas 2026 is sent by email on the date you choose, and each client chooses their own gift up to the amount you set. It works on Autopilot. For something more personal, one Kwak research covers a group of up to 10 people, and our concierge orders the idea you choose for everyone, or you order it yourself. Start by Sun 29 Nov and choose by Fri 4 Dec: Dukky doesn't take arrive-by dates over the Christmas break, 14 Dec to 8 Jan.

Tax treatment of gifts depends on your business and who receives them, so we won't guess. Dukky records every gift it sends: who received it, the amount, the date and the occasion. This isn't tax advice; please check with your accountant.

Today you bring your people in from a spreadsheet (CSV), by uploading your Xero Payroll reports, or by typing them in, and everything else runs through email. A live Xero sync, Slack and HubSpot are on the roadmap. Tell us which one you need first.

Cancel anytime from Settings. From then, gifts no longer send by themselves, and you can still send one yourself until your paid period ends. There's no prepaid balance: each gift is charged on its own when it goes out, so nothing is left sitting with us. Email us before you go and we'll send you your data. Ask us to delete it and we will.
